Combination precast and structural steel tower for the FAA. The tower is 170 feet tall and is comprised of a full-height stair system and catwalks. The base building houses the high–tech gear that supports air traffic in the area. Total tonnage for this project was 250 tons.

School addition in Mays Landing. 130,000-square-foot building comprised of 900 tons of structural steel with a connector bridge to the existing school.

Hired to complete a difficult and large miscellaneous metals package. Stateline and Highland installed multiple interior stairs with stainless steel rail systems. Photo shows a curved set of “communicating stairs” designed and fabricated in our shop.

Curved “elliptical” structure to house amenities for park-goers. Structural steel was rolled to tight tolerances to match the architects' design intent. Galvanized and painted with a high-performance coating. Shipped to site partially pre-assembled to prevent excessive on-site welding and touch-up.

During a redesign at one of the Connell buildings in Berkeley Heights, new rails were used as part of the refresh for a new tenant. Stateline provided design-assist on rail construction and fabrication. Rails are powder-coated to match other design elements in the building.
